Note: If the user facing issue of 'You are not authorized  to use this option' while click on Item master multi editing the user can Click here to resolve this issue.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.

• In 'More Option', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'More Option for Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.
• In 'Selected HSN/SAC', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'HSN/SAC' window will appear.
• The user will press '+' key to select Nil Rated HSN and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular HSN or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All HSN. 

• Suppose select '3004'.

• A 'More Option for Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.
• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

• Now the user will select 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear where the user can view only selected HSN item.
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

A 'Multi Editing' window will appear.

a. All Items: Select all item to set status for all item.

b. Selected Items: The user will select this option for setting status only for selected Item.

• An 'Item Master Multi Editing' window will appear.
• In 'Item Status', the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now the user will select Status for item that needs to be set for the items.
• Suppose select 'Close'.

• The user needs to type 'SURE'.

•  The user can view in Item List, the item have a sign of 'X' it means they are closed.

• At the time of billing these closed item will not display.

After following the above steps, the user can Close Status of Nil Rated Items in Marg Software.
