In Marg Software, if the user needs to change discount only for a single item in Multiple bills then it can be done easily.

In order to Change Single Item Discount in Multiple Bills, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Multi Changes in Old Bills.

• The user will select the option and mention the date range as per the requirement.

In 'Print Status' option select the option as per the requirement.

a. Not Printed: Select the option if changes are needed only in the bills that are not printed.

b. Print>: Select the option if changes are needed only in the bills that are printed.

c. All: Select the option if changes are needed in both Printed and not Printed bills.

Suppose select 'All'.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• The user will select bills as per the requirement.

Note: Single Bill can be selected by 'SpaceBar' or Plus '+' key and all can be selected by Asterisk '*' key.

• Press 'F6' key on it.

• Thereafter, the user will select 'Ask Rates & Change'.

• Now type 'SURE'.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on a particular item in which the discount needs to be updated.
• Suppose select 'Becosule'.

• The user can mention the rate of an item if needs to be updated.
• Suppose skip it and press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will mention the Discount as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '5'.

• Press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Change Single Item Discount in Multiple Bills in Marg Software.
