In Marg Software, the user can change HSN wise Item Tax Status from Tax Paid to Taxable.

Suppose HSN '4445555', item Tax Status is 'Tax Paid'.

In order to change HSN wise Tax Status of Item from Tax Paid to Taxable, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Report > Management Report > Utility > Multi Editing > Tax% & HSN/SAC.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company whose item tax status needs to be change. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All companies. 

• A' Marg' window will appear with the HSN/SAC Details.

• The user will select the HSN/SAC whose Item Tax Status needs to be change.

• Suppose select '4445555'.

• In 'Local Type' on 'Tax paid', the user will press 'Spacebar' Key.

• The user will change Tax Status to 'Taxable'.

• Similarly, the user will change Tax Status to 'Taxable' in 'IGST Type'.

• Then press 'ESC' key twice.

• A 'Tax Structure' window will appear.

• In 'Save Both/Sale/Puch/Exit', the user will select 'Both'. Then press 'Enter' key.

• An alert of 'Tax Changed!' will appear.

• The user will select 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the HSN wise Tax Status of Item will get changed from Tax Paid to Taxable in Marg Software.
