With the help of Marg ERP software, the user can easily generate the carbon copy of sale bills into stock issue.

In order to know the process, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Multi Changes in Old Bills.

• A 'Multi Transfer' window will appear.

• In 'Type' field the user will select 'Sale' and select other options as per the requirement.

• Feed date range and then click on 'Accept'.

• Now the user can view, all sale entries of selected date will appear .

• The user will select the bills which needs to be generated as copy of sale bill.

Note : Single bill can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key and All can be selected by asterisk (*) key.

• Then press 'F6' key for the further process.

• Then the user will select 'Carbon Copy in Stock Less' 

• In next window user will select the options as per the requirement and type 'SURE'.

• Now the user can view the process is being done.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the selected bills will get generated as a copy of sale bills in stock issue transactions
