In Marg ERP Software, if the user needs to change multiple item Tax status i.e. Taxable, Tax paid, Exempted etc. on one click then the user cam do it with help of 'Item master multi editing' option in Marg software with many filters i.e. Company, Category, HSN etc.

In order to convert selected company item into Tax paid, then the user will follow the below ateps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Item Master Multi Editing.

• Then in 'Selected Company', select "Yes" to select company.

• A Select company window will appear where the user will press space bar to select the company then press Enter on it.

• Suppose, Select "E. MERK PVT. LTD.".

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Thereafter,  a Closing stock window will appear. Press Enter then select 'All Items'.

• An Item master multi editing window will appear. In 'Local Taxable Status', the user will select "All".

• Select tax status as "P".

• Then type "SURE" and press Enter on it.

After following the above steps, the selected company item will get converted into Tax paid.
