With the help of Marg ERP software, the user can easily make the carbon copy of Purchase Return Transaction into Sale Return Transaction.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Multi Changes In Old Bills. 

• If showing Sorry! You are not Authorized to use this option Please click

• A 'Multi Transfer' window will appear.

• In 'Type' option, the user will select 'Purchase Return'.

• Now the user will Enter date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Multi Transfer' window will appear in which the user will select the bills as per the requirement.

Note: Single bill can be selected by plus (+) or space bar key & all can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• Then the user will press 'F6' on it.

• A 'Be Careful alert' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Convert in S/Return'.

• The user will type "SURE".

• A 'Detail' window will appear.

• The user will mention the return number, date of the transaction as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the selected transactions will be copied in sale return transactions.
