In Marg ERP Software, if the user needs to replace all bill remarks with new remark, then this issue can be easily resolved.

Suppose Bill Remark is 'HAPPY B'DAY SIR'

In order to replace the bill remark, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Replace Ledger Remarks.

• The user will enter current Bill remark and press 'Enter' key.
• Suppose current remark is 'HAPPY B'DAY SIR'.

• The user will enter the remark that needs to be replaced with the current remark.
• Suppose enter 'Hope you are fine' and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view old remark will be replaced with the new remark in Marg ERP Software.
