How to Set default Bills of Items in All Ledger

In order to set bills of 5 items in all ledgers, the user has to follow the certain steps:-

Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Multi Editing > Party Master Multi Editing.

Then, a Party Master Multi Editing window will appear in which the user will set the bill of items to Yes.

Now the user will enter the default no. of items.

For example :  we set default bill of items to 5 .

After entering the no. of items the user will Type "SURE" to execute the changes.

After following the above steps the user will create the sale bill.

Go to Transactions >> Sale >> Bill (ALT+N).

After clicking on the bill option, the ledger selection window will appear in which the user will select the ledger.

The user will press Enter key Two Times to appear the item selection window.

 Then the item selection window will appear and the user will select any 5 items.

After selecting the 5 items the error of “The limit error” will appear.

By following the above the steps the user can set bills of 10 items in all ledger.
