Go to Marg Software > Click on Reports Menu >- Management Report >Utilities > Item Master Multi Editing > Click on accept > All item show > Press enter for all /selected item > Replace A Rate with - x% tax?)> Yes First Define %  which we want to Decrese & second we define the  tax of % of item & then type Sure
