Go to Reports => Management Report => Utilities => Multi Editing => Item Master Multi Editing =>  Item Master Multi Editing window will be appear => Select option as per the user requirement => Click on accept => Closing stock window will be appear => Press enter => Multi editing window will be appear => Click on all items => Item Master Multi Editing window will be appear => Local taxable status => Press spacebar and select ALL => After Press enter cursor stop on choice head => Select "T" for taxable by pressing spacebar key => Type sure.
