1. Take Backup of Financial Year.

2. If the software is running on a multi-user environment, then the software must be turned off from all the node's connections.

3. Before editing a Financial Year, the user needs to Close Server File.

• Marg ERP Software has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily edit the financial year period as per the requirement.
• To Edit a Financial Year in Marg ERP Software, the user needs to first take the Backup of that particular financial year period.

Process To Edit Financial Year Period In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Reports > Management Reports > Utilities > Multi Editing > Edit Financial Period.

• The user can view the current financial year date is showing as '01-04-2024 To 30-04-2025'.

• Now, the user will mention the Correct Financial Year Date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '01-04-2024 To 31-03-2025'.

• Now, the user will type 'CHANGE MY FINANCIAL DATE' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Ok' button.

• Now, the user needs to Run Error Checking.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Financial Year Period will get Edited in Marg ERP Software.
