In Marg ERP Software, if  'You are not authorized to use this option' alert appears while Editing Financial Year period, then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve error 'You are not authorized to use this option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Multi' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Multi Deletion/Editing' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Edit the Financial Year period in Marg ERP Software.
