In order to Print Ledger Transaction of each party separately, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > Multi Printing > Multi Ledger Printing.

The user will select the Group as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key. 

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' key or plus '+' key to select a particular Group or press Asterisk '*' key to   select All Groups.

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors'.

• The user will select the filters as per the requirement and click on 'Accept' button.

• Then user will again click on 'Accept' button.

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• In 'Continue Printing' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Click on 'Print' button.

After following the above steps, the user can print each ledger transaction seperately in Marg ERP Software.
