How to View Report of All Ledger Balance Along With Zero Balance Ledger 

 To view all ledger balance along with the zero-balance ledger record, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

Go to Books > Multi printing > Multi Ledger Printing. 

Select all group of account by pressing * key. On the left side there is control box by which the user can do necessary action as per the requirement. 

Then select the option of Index on by which the user needs to view the report like with ledgers name/ With Account Group/ With Area etc. Now, select the option of Closing balance (if required) and Station (if required). And then click on accept button below. 

After that select the date range of which report the user needs to view from software. 

When the report gets opened, press Alt + P to view the options of printing the report. 

There is an option in the list to “Print Zero Value”, specify “Y” in it and select the below mentioned options to view the report in required format. 

Now, the Multi Ledger report will appear with the balances (include zero balances).
