If ' Please enter Duty Schedule ' error appears while creating Patient Master then how to resolve it in OPD Management Setup of Marg Software ?

Cause:

This error appear when the user has not set the Duty Schedule in O.P.D. Management.


In order to Set Duty Schedule, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Accounts > O.P.D. Management.

  • A ‘Main Menu’ window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Duty Schedule process’.


  • A ‘Doctor's Duty Schedule’ window will appear.
  • In ‘Select’ option, the user will select the month for which the doctor’s duty needs to be scheduled.
  • Suppose select ‘December’.

  • The user will click on ‘Show’.

  • The user will click on the Doctor's Name to schedule Date wise Duty.
  • Suppose select 'Dr. Rahul'.
  • The Software will auto place Check Mark against All the Shifts. 
  • The user will Un-check the Shift which do not require to be set for the Doctor.

  • Now, the user will click on ‘Save’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Error of 'Please enter Duty Schedule' will get removed while creating Patient Master in OPD Management Setup of Marg Software.
