• Go to Masters > Opening Balances > Stock Openings.

• A 'Stock Openings' window will appear.

• In 'Stock As On' ,the user will feed the date upto which the opening stock of selected Brand needs to be viewed.

•  In 'Selected Brand', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'Select Brand' window will appear.

• The user will select the brand whose opening stock needs to be viewed then press 'Enter' on it.

Note : The user can select single brand by pressing 'Space Bar' or plus (+) key or press 'Asterisk' (*) key to select all brands.

• Suppose select 'Ace Dep Brand'.

• Now in 'Stock status', option the user will select 'Whole'.

• Then the user will click on 'Accept' .

• A 'Brand wise Stock Opening' report will appear.

• The user will press 'ALT+P' key to view/print the report.

• Now, select View/Excel/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, brand wise Opening Balance Report will get generated in Automobile Setup of Marg Software.
