How to enter the particular HSN wise Opening Stock of Items in Marg Software?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Opening Balances > Stock Openings. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Stock Opening' window will appear.
- The user will feed date as per the requirement & select 'More option' as 'Yes'.
- A 'More Option' window will appear.
- In 'Selected HSN/SAC', the user will select 'Yes'.
- A 'HSN/SAC' window will appear.
- The user will select that particular HSN for which the opening stock needs to be entered by pressing '+' key on it.
- Then Press 'Enter'.
- Suppose select '12345436'.
- The user will press 'page Down' key .
- Click on 'Accept'.
- An 'Opening Stock' window will appear with selected HSN item.
- Press 'Enter' on selected item.
- Suppose user select 'Paracetamol'.
- Now, the user will select batch and then enter opening stock in opening column and keep pressing 'Enter'.
- Suppose user select '345' batch.
- Press 'End' key at the end of the batches.
- Click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
- Now press 'ESC' on this window .
