• Go to Masters > Opening Balances > Stock openings.

A 'Stock Openings' window will appear.

a. Selected Company: The user will select 'Yes' to view Stock opening for specific company if not then keep it as 'No'.

b. Stock as on: The user will mention the date for which opening stock needs to be view.

Suppose mention '01-04-2023'.

c. Report Batch Wise: Select option as 'Yes' if needs to view stock opening Batch wise otherwise keep it as 'No'.

d. Stock Status: Select the option as per the requirement.

Whole: Select the option is needs to view report for the All stock weather the item have stock available or not.

Available: Select the option is needs to view report only for the item whose stock available wheather in Negative or Positive.

Random: Select the option is needs to view report for random number of Item Stock.

Negative: Select the option is needs to view report only for the Item whose stock is in negative.

Positive: Select the option is needs to view reportonly for the Item whose stock is in negative.

e. Selected Salt: Select option as 'Yes' if needs to view stock of selected Salt otherwise keep it as 'No'.

f. More Option: Select option as 'Yes' for more filter option.

Now click on 'Accept'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Stock Opening Balance in Marg Software.
