In Marg ERP Software, if while clicking on Opening Balance an alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option' then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve this error, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator whose power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ option.

• The user will search 'Opening' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Opening Balances’ option, the user will select ‘Y’.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear, in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

•  Press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Ledger Opening Balances will easily Open in Marg ERP Software.
