In Marg ERP Software, at the time of opening Operator Log book an alert of 'Sorry you are not Authorised' show then it can be easily resolve.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator whose power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All'.

• The user will search 'Logbook' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Operator Logbook V-View D-Delete B-Both'option, the user will select the options as per the requirement.

V-View:  If the user wants that the supervisor can only view the working of the operator and cannot do any changes in it , or delete anything so for that set here 'V'.

D-Delete: If the user wants that the supervisor can only delete the working of the operator, so for that set here 'D'.

B-Both: If the user wants that the supervisor should get Both the authorities like they can view and delete both so for that set hare 'B'.

• Suppose, select 'B'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• The user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the error will not show while opening Logbook in Marg ERP Software.
