If at the time of user creation error appears 'Mobile No. is an important Record! please Feed for Emergency!', then it can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

Cause: This error appears because the user has mentioned less than 10 digits of mobile number in control room setup of Marg Software.

Note:  Firstly user need to close by pressing 'Ctrl+Q' software and then Re-Login with Supervisor Id. 

In order to do the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear. The user will search 'Mobile No'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Mobile No.' window will appear.

• In 'Mobile No. Length' option, the user will mention'10'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
  

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the user will again need to go to Master > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• Now select the operator for which the software is showing the error.

• Suppose select 'Kanishk'.

• Now mention the details as per the requirement & save the details by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.
