In Marg ERP Software, if an error 'You Are not Authorised to use this Option' shows at the time of clicking GSTR1 then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve the error of 'You Are not Authorised to use this Option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• Press 'Enter' key on the operator in which issue needs to be resolved. 
• Suppose select 'A'.

• Click on 'Search in All'.

• The user will search 'GST' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'GST Returns' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'ESC' key twice.

• Click on 'Yes' button to save the changes.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button to exit from the window.

• Now the user will Re-login by pressing 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen. 

• The user will mention the User ID and Password of the operator in which power has been changed.

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'GST Returns' option will get enabled for particular user in Marg ERP Software.
