In Marg Software if the user needs to Ban BOM (Bill Of Material) for selected user then it can be done easily.

In order to Ban BOM (Bill Of Material) for selected user, then the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes.

• Suppose select 'A'.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear where the user will search 'Bom'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Bom' window will appear.

• In ‘Bill Of Material (BOM General Mfg) Y-Issue/Receipt R-Direct B-Both’, the user will select ‘N’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A Pop-Up will appear 'Powers Change' and the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.   

• A 'Change User' window will appear where the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

• A 'Change User' windowwill appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can view BOM will get Ban for selected user in Marg Software.
