If Party does not show in Order Calling List then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software If some parties are not displayed on the order calling screen this issue can occur when the user has not selected the Time slot for a party. In order to resolve this issue the user needs to update the time slot for a selected party by following the  below steps:

For example, Suppose Prashant is a party and we have not set a time slot for him because of which the Prashant ledger is not displaying in order calling screen. 

  • Firstly, Go to Daily Reports > Order CRM > Call Scheduler.

  • A Calling scheduler master window will appear. Click on 'Edit' tab.

  • Then select party and then click on the 'Edit'.

  • Thereafter a 'Party Misc. details' window will appear in which the user needs to enter Contact person name, Mobile number and time slot as per the requirement.

  • Then click on 'Save' to save the details.

  • Now, an alert of 'Successfully saved' will appear. Click on 'Ok'.

  • Again click on the 'Save' tab.

After following the above steps, the party will be displayed on the order calling screen.
