How to set operator wise calling schedule in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Firstly, Go to Daily Reports > Order CRM > Call Scheduler.
- Then select operator from the drop down as per the requirement.
- Suppose, Select 'A'.
- Now, click on 'Edit' tab.
- Thereafter a Calling Schedule options window will appear. Click on 'Edit' to add the details.
- Then user can add the calling schedule details as per the requirement.
- Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can add the calling schedule for the selected user in Marg software.
