How to Re- schedule a call for a party though order calling in Marg Software ?
If you needs to reschedule a call while using order calling then it can be done easily in the software. To Re-Schedule a call for a party, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Daily Reports > Order CRM > Order Calling.
- Then click on 'Schedule' option of the selected party.
- Then select Re-Schedule time as per the requirement.
- Suppose, Select "14:00".
- Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can Re-Schedule the call for a party in Marg Software.
