In order to view Party Name with Mobile Number Report in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Other Reports > Telephone/Address/Label .

• A 'Select Group' window will appear then press 'Enter' to select any group.

• Suppose, select 'Sundry Debtors'.

A 'Control Box' window will appear with some options as below:

1. Selected Station:- If user needs to view the report Station wise, then select 'Yes'.

2. Selected Party:- If user needs to view the report Party wise, then select 'Yes'.

3. Selected Area:- If user needs to view the report Area wise, then select 'Yes'.

4. Selected M.R.:- If user needs to view the report M.R. wise, then select 'Yes'.

5. Selected Route:- If user needs to view the report Route wise, then select 'Yes'.

Suppose, keep the options as 'No'.

• A selected group Telephone/Address/Label window will appear. Press 'Alt+P'.

• A 'Print' window will appear.

• Select 'Telephone Book' from the other filters.

• In the next window, the user will click on View/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Name with Mobile Number Report in Marg Software.
