With the help of Marg Software, you can easily view the report of debtor list along with their telephone no, address etc.

In order to view Debtor List with Telephone and Address, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Other Reports > Telephone/Address/Label.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear then press 'Enter' to select any group.

• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors'.

In 'Control Box' window will appear.

a. Selected Station: If you want to view the report Station wise, then select 'Yes'.

b. Selected Party: If you want to view the report Party wise, then select 'Yes'.

c. Selected Area: If you want to view the report Area wise, then select 'Yes'.

d. Selected M.R.: If you want to view the report M.R. wise, then select 'Yes'.

e. Selected Route: If you want to view the report Route wise, then select 'Yes'.

Suppose keep the options as 'No' and keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will click on excel icon (as shown in below image).

• An 'Export to Excel' window will appear.
• The user can view the path where file will get saved aslo it can be change as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Accept'.

After follwoing the above steps, the user can view Debtor List with Telephone No and Address will get generate in Excel Format in Marg Software.
