Marg Software has the provision to Select the Item under the Groups. To easily identify the Item under Particular Group. Also the user can generate the Report of Item List on the Bases of the Item Group .

• Go to Reports > Other Reports > Item List > Group Wise.

• A 'Select Group' Window will appear.

• The user will select Group as per the requirement.

• Suppose Select 'All' Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular group or Press Asterisk '*' to select All groups. 

An 'Item List' window will appear.

a. New Item From-To: The user will specify the date of new items from which date till which date report needs to be view.

b. From-To: The user will mention the serial number from which till which number report needs to be view. 

c. Rates/Rack: The user will select weather the report will be generated on the bases of rate or rack no.

d. 'Code/Name wise: The user will select weather the report will be generated on the bases of Item Code or Item Name.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the report of Group wise Item list in Marg Software.

• If the user needs to generate the report in 'PDF/EXCEL' then click on the respective icons below the report.

• Suppose click on 'PDF'.

• A 'Report In Format' window will appear.

• The user will select 'PDF'

• In this way, The user can generate this Report in PDF Format.
