An 'Order Form' is a document that will be offered by an owner/shopkeeper to the customer. So that customer could get the information of the products available in your store/shop. 

In order to generate an order form in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Reports > Other Reports > Order Form.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company whose order form needs to be generate.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular company or press Asterisk '*' key to select All companies. 

• Suppose select 'E.Merk Pvt.Ltd.'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Columnar Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select options as per the requirement.

• Click on View/ Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Now a 'View' window will appear with Order form.

• The user can generate Order Form in 'PDF/Excel' by clicking on the icon at the bottom.

• Suppose select 'PDF' icon.

• A 'Report In Format' window will appear.

• The user will select 'PDF'.

After following the above steps, the user can generate Order Form of Company in Marg Software.
