• Go to Reports > Other Reports > Telephone/Address/Label.

• A 'Select Group' window will appear. 
• The user will select Ledger group whose ledger needs to be view as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Sundry Debtors'.

A 'Control Box' window will appear where the user will select options as per the requirement.

a. Selected Station: Select option 'Yes' if needs to view Ledger of selected Station other wise keep it as 'No'.

b. Selected Party: Select option 'Yes' if needs to view Ledger of selected Party other wise keep it as 'No'.

c. Selected Area: Select option 'Yes' if needs to view Ledger of selected Area other wise keep it as 'No'.

d. Selected M.R.: Select option 'Yes' if needs to view Ledger of selected M.R. other wise keep it as 'No'.

e. Selected Route: Select option 'Yes' if needs to view Ledger of selected Route other wise keep it as 'No'.

Now press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Sundry Debtors Telephone/Address/Label' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' twice on the selected Ledger whose pincode needs to be change.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The cursor will stop on Party details.

• In 'Pin', the user will feed code as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '110086'.

• Now the user will press 'PageDown' key to exit.

After following the above steps, the user can Feed pincode of Multiple Party in Marg Software.
