With the help of this option the user can set the pre-defined narrations for the voucher as per the requirement.

In order to set pre-defined voucher narration, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setups > Narration and Sound or press 'CTRL+ F12' key on Home Screen.

• A 'Standard Narration' window will appear.

• Where some of the function keys have already been mentioned, the user needs to mention the required narration in front of them.

• Suppose, On 'F2' key: Mention cash received.

• Similarly, the user can mention all the narrations as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'OK'.

• Thereafter saving the voucher, on the narration field user needs to press the 'Function' key accordingly.

• Suppose in our case the user is receiving cash so need to mention the narration as 'cash received' so pressing 'F2' key on the narration field.

• The software has automatically picked the pre-defined narration.

• Now click on 'Save' to save the details.
