• Go to Master > Marg Setups > Narration and Sound.

The user will enter the narration according to their specific requirement.

• Suppose on the 'F2' key: Mention cash received.
• Similarly, the user can mention all the narration as per the requirement and click on the 'OK' button.

• After saving the voucher, in the narration field user needs to press the 'Function' key accordingly.
• Suppose in our case the user is receiving amount so need to mention the narration as 'cash received' so pressing 'F2' key on the narration field.

• The software has automatically picked the pre-defined narration.

• Click on the 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can mention pre defined narration in Marg ERP Software.
