Process To Set Self Defined Shortcut For Inventory In Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF SELF DEFINED SHORTCUT FOR INVENTORY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Marg Software provides the facility to set shortcuts for Inventory. With the help of this option the user can create self defined shortcuts, so that while creating sale bill the user can load defined narration for inventory.

PROCESS TO SET SELF DEFINED SHORTCUT FOR INVENTORY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Self  Define Shortcut > Inventory Shortcut.

• An 'Inventory Shortcuts' window will appear.
• In 'Shortcut Type', the user will select shortcut number as per the requirement.
• Suppose select '1'.

• An 'Inventory Shortcuts for 1' window will appear.
• The user will type the text as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Schedule H'.

• Press 'Enter' key to add another shortcut.
• Suppose mention 'Schedule H1' and click 'Close'.

• Now the user will create a Sale bill and press 'Ctrl+W' key to save entry.

• A 'Bill Remark' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Alt+M' key to load shortcut.

• A dropdown will appear where the user will select shortcut number.
• Suppose select '1'.

• The user can view Inventory shortcut remark will appear.
• Suppose select 'Schedule H'.

• Now the user can view inventory shortcut will get load.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can set Self Defined Shortcuts for Inventory in Marg Software.
