• The user will press 'Ctrl+J' key on the 'Sales Book' window .

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Report Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Sales Analysis'.

• A 'Sale Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Monthly Sale Summaries’.

• A 'Monthly Sale Analysis' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Party Sales Summary'.

• A 'Party Sales Summary' window will appear.

• The user will feed the date range and select other options as per the requirement.  

• Then click on ‘View/print/Excel/’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose select ‘View’.

After following the above steps, the user can Switch over to Monthly Sale Summaries from Sale Book window in Marg Software.
