How to create Payment Voucher on Journal Book window in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from the Journal book window in order to create a payment entry. The user can easily create a payment entry at the time of viewing Journal book by following the below steps:

  • Firstly, the user will press 'Alt+V' on it.

  •  Then a Type window will appear. Select 'Payment'.

  • Then user will switch over to the Payment entry window .

1. Firstly, the user will Press 'Ctrl+J' on Journal book window.

2. A Switch Over window will appear. Select 'Data Entry'.

3. Select 'Double Entry System'.

4. Then a Type window will appear. Select 'Payment' to create payment voucher.
