In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from the Receipt entry window in order to create a Payment Entry. The user can easily create a Payment Entry at the time of creating the Receipt entry.

In order to create Payment on Receipt window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• At the time of creating receipt entry, the user will press 'F2' key on voucher no.

• Then the user will get switch over to the Payment Entry window .

After following the above steps the user can easily create a Payment Entry on Receipt window in Marg Software.

1. The user will press 'Ctrl+J' key on Receipt Entry window.

2. A 'Switch Over' window will appear. The user will select 'Data Entry'.

3. A 'MargERP 9+ Accounting' window will appear. The user will select 'Double Entry System'.

4. A 'Type' window will appear. The user will select 'Payment' to create payment voucher.
