• Go to Books > Outstanding > Area wise.

• An 'Outstanding' window will appear.

• The user will Feed Date and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'OK'.

• A 'Select Area' window will appear

• The user will select the area as per the requirement.

Note: Single Area can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key and all can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Outstanding List Party Wise'.

• The user will select 'View/Print' as per requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Then the user needs to click on 'PDF' icon shows at the bottom of the report.

• Then 'Report in Format' window will appear .

• The user will select 'RTF'.

After following the above steps, the Area wise outstanding report will get exported in Rtf format.
