• Go to Books > Outstandings > Area Wise.

An 'Area Wise' window will appear.

1. As on Date: The user will mention the date upto which the report needs to be viewed.

2. Negative Amount: If user needs to view the report including credit notes then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as default.

3. P.D Cheque: If user needs to view the report including post dated cheques then select 'With' otherwise keep the option as 'Less'.

4. W/o Repl./ Adv: If user needs to view the report including replacement receive entries then select the option as per the requirement.

5. Load Cash: If secondary transactions needs to be included in the report then select 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

6. Party Category: If report needs to be viewed for the selected category of party then select the category as per the requirement.

7. More option: If more filter are required for the report then select the option as 'Yes' otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

Now click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Select Area' window will appear.

• The user will select the Area whose report needs to be view as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'All Area'.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Area or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Area. 

• An 'Area Outstanding As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+F1' key.

• A 'Group On' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Area with Party'.

• An 'Area Outstanding Ageing' window will appear.

• Now, click on View/Print/Excel etc. as per the requirement. 

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Area wise Party Outstanding Ageing report will get generate.
