• Go to Books > Outstandings > Party Wise.

• A 'Party Wise' window will appear.

• The user will mention the date Upto which report needs to be view.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party whose outstanding needs to be generate.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• A 'Party Outstanding As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select the format in which report needs to be view.

• Suppose press 'Enter' key on 'Outstanding List => Party wise'.

• An 'Outstanding List => Party wise' window will appear.

• The user will select the other options as per the requirement.

• Click on 'View'.

• Now the Party Outstanding report will appear.

• The user will click on 'Email' icon at the bottom.

• A 'Marg Mailer' window will appear.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Get Email From' window will appear.

• The user will select 'A/C Ledgers'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger to whom whatsapp needs to be send.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• The Software will auto pick the Whatsapp number from ledger in 'Whatsapp' field.

• Then click on 'Email'.

After following the above steps, the user can send Outstanding Report via Whatsapp in Marg Software.
