• Go to Books > Outstandings > Route Wise.

The user will select the other filters as per the requirement.

a. As On Date: The user will enter the Date till which Outstanding needs to be viewed.

b. Negative Amount: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with Negative Amount otherwise select 'No/Un-Adjusted'.

c. P.D.Cheque: Select 'With' to view report with Post Dated Cheques otherwise select it as 'Less'.

d. W/o Repl./Adv.: The user will select the type of entries that needs to be viewed in report.

e. Load Cash: Select option as per the requirement.

No: Select if the user needs to view the report without Cash transaction.

Yes: Select if the user needs to view the report with Cash transaction.

Only: Select only if the user needs to view the Cash Transactions report only.

f. Party Category: The user will select the 'Party Category' for which needs to be generated.

g. Remark: The user will enter the Remark for the outstanding report.

h. More Options: The user will select more filters as per the requirement. 

Click on 'OK' button.

• The user will select the 'Route' with '+' key for which the report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'Azadpur and Lucknow' and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Route or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Routes. 

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'Ageing Analyse =>Summary' option.

• In 'Due/Invoice Date' option, the user will select 'Due' to generate report on the basis of Due Date otherwise select 'Inv' to generate report on the basis of Invoice Date.
• Suppose select 'Due'.

• In 'Ageing as per :' option, the default Ageing Criteria will pick and the user can change it as per the requirement.
•  Click on 'View/Print' button.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

• Press '+' key to select Parties and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular party or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Parties. 

After following the above steps, the user can view the Route wise Outstanding Ageing Anaysis Report in Marg ERP Software.
