This report displays the party-wise details of all the bills during a specified period. Bill-Party wise outstanding report can be viewed from Bills Receivables , Bills Payables and Group Outstandings reports.

In order to view the Party Wise Outstanding Report the user needs to follow the given steps:-

• Go to Books > Outstandings (ALT+O) > Party Wise.Press Enter.

• A Party Wise  window will appear.

• In 'As on Date', the user will enter date upto which date party wise outstanding report needs to be view.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• A ledgers window will appear in which user will select ledger by pressing enter on it.

Now user can view the Party Wise Debtors Outstanding Report.

The user will press ALT+P key to print the report.

• A Reports window will appear.

• Select Outstanding List = Party Wise.

• In next window, the user will select the options as per the requirement then click on 'View'.

Thereafter the party wise outstanding report will get generated.

1. Go to Books > Outstanding > Bill Taging/Selective O/s .

2. A Bill Taging/Selective O/s window appears. In 'Tag Index' option, the user will select "Party" and in 'Tag for', select "Party wise".

3. Then press page down key.

4. A Select window will appear. In the 'Load cash pending' option, the user will select according to the requirement. Press Enter.

5. A Ledgers window appears in which the user will select the party through space bar key and then press Enter.

6. Now, press Esc key.

7. A Selected party outstanding bills will be loaded in which user will press "Alt+P".

8. A Reports window will appear in which the user will select the Collection list.

9. Collection List window will appear. Feed date range. Select the other options as per the requirement..

10. Then the user will click on the View button.
