In Marg Software the user can view all party's Outstanding report easily. However if the user needs to remove single Party's Bill only for view Purpose then it can be done easily. With the help of this option the user can remove single Party Bills on Temporary Bases in Outstanding report.

In order to Remove single Party Bill On Temporary Bases from Outstanding Report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > Outstanding > Whole.

• A ‘Whole’ window will appear.

• In ‘As on Date’ field, the user will mention the date up to which the reports need to be view.

• The user will select other options as per the requirement.

• Click on ‘Ok’

• A ‘Debtors Outstanding As On’ window will appear.

• The user will press ‘F8’ key.

• A ‘Temporary Delete’ window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Party =’ option.

• A ‘Ledgers’ window will appear.

• The user will select that party whose bills need to be deleted from the report.

• Suppose select ‘Narala Pharma’.

After following the above steps, the user can view the selected Party's Bill will get removed on Temporary Bases from Outstanding Report.
