• Go to Books > Outstanding > Whole.

• A 'Whole' window will appear.Feed date and click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Debtor Outstanding As On' window will appear with outstanding report .

• The user will click on 'SMS' icon at the bottom. 

A 'Send SMS' window will appear with multiple basis on which user needs to send Sms.

a. Ledger Balance: The user will select it if needs to send ledger balance in outstanding

b. Balance With Statement: The user will select it if needs to send ledger balance and statement.

c. Balance With Outstanding: The user will select it if needs to send Ledger balance with outstanding details.

d. Message My Own Text: The user will select it if needs to send own message to customer.

Suppose select 'Balance with Statement'.

• An 'Alert' window will appear 'Want To Send SMS?' , the user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the outstanding will be send to the parties via SMS.
