• Go to Books > Outstandings > Whole.

• A 'Whole' window will appear.

• In 'As on Date', the user will feed the date upto which report needs to be view.

• Then select other filters as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Debtors Outstanding As On Date' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F8' key.

A 'Temporary Delete' window will appear.

The user will select 'Value>', Value<' as per the requirement.

a. Value > : Select it if user needs to remove the Bill whose value is less than the mentioned amount.

b. Value < : Select it if the user needs to remove the Bill whose value is greater than the mentioned amount.

Suppose select 'Value>'.

• An 'O Value >' window will appear.

• The user will mention the amount greater than which bill needs to be remove.

• Suppose mention '100'.

After follow those steps, the remove selected Value bills from the Outstanding Report on Temporary bases in Marg Software.
