In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily print item type i.e. Costly, 8 storage and 24 storage on bill printing, but if the user needs to print item type on bill printing then it can be done easily:

In order to disable item type from bill printing, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A Self Format dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• Now, a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press 'Enter'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format from which the item type needs to be disabled.

• Suppose, Enter 'AC'. Press 'Enter'.

• The user will now select ‘Page Settings’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Page setup' window will appear.

• Click on 'Next' button.

• An 'Invoice format' window will appear. Search "Costly Print".

• Now click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format Costly Print' window will appear.

• In 'Print Costly/8°/24° Storage Items Separate' option, the user will select 'Y'.

The user will now keep pressing Esc key to save the changes.

• After following the above steps, the Item type will not be printed on the bill.
