In Marg ERP Software, if the user needs to print the HSN Code with Item Name then it can be done easily.

In order to Print HSN Code with Item name, the user needs to follow the below steps: 

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Page Settings’.

• A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear.
• Click on 'Next'.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear.
• The user will search 'HSN' and click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format HSN' window will appear.
• In 'HSN Code join with Item Name in Bill Printing 0,1,2,3,4,.. X-No' options, the user mention the number of HSN code digit needs to print.
• Suppose mention '8' and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the HSN Code will get Print with Item Name in Bill Format in Marg Software.
