With the help of this option in Marg ERP Software, you can align the Challan No. & Date as per the requirement at the time of printing the bill. 

In order to do the same, please follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press Enter.

• A Self Format dialog box will appear. Enter the Password. 

• Now, a Formats window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press Enter.

• An Invoice Format- GUI window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose, Enter “AC”. Press Enter.

• The user will now select ‘Page Settings’. Press Enter.

• A Page setup window will appear.

• Click on 'Next' button.

• An Invoice format window will appear. Search "Heading From Column".

• Now click on 'Accept'.

• An Invoice Format Heading from column window will appear.

• In 'Brk/Exp/S/R/Rep.Heading from column' option, the user will set the pixels as per the requirement.

• Suppose, enter '20'.

Note: If you want to print the challan number and date on the left side, then decrease the pixels and increase the pixels to print on the right side.

The user will now keep pressing Esc key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the challan number and date will get printed on the desired location while printing the bill.
