In Marg ERP Software, if HSN Code Print with Item Name in Bill print, then it can be resolved easily.

In order to Remove HSN Code from Item Name, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

  • A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

  • A 'Formats' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

  • An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
  • In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
  • Suppose enter 'AC'.

  • The user will now select ‘Page Settings’.

  • A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear.
  • Click on 'Next'.

  • An 'Invoice Format' window will appear.
  • The user will search 'HSN' and click on 'Accept'.

  • An 'Invoice Format HSN' window will appear.
  • In 'HSN Code join with Item Name in Bill Printing 0,1,2,3,4,..X-No' options, the user can view '2' is mentioned, it means HSN Code 2 Digit will print with Item Name.

  • The user will remove the digits and press 'PageDown' key.

After following the above steps, the user can can view HSN Code will not Print with Item Name in Bill Print in Marg Software.
