In Marg Software, if the user needs to remove Item Company Name which is printing with Item name in the bill format then it can be easily removed.

In order to remove item company name, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the bill format.

• Suppose mention 'AC'.

• Now go to 'Page Settings'.

• A 'Page Setup' window will appear, in which the user will click on 'Next'.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear.

• The user will search 'Company Name' and click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format Company Name' window will appear.

• In 'If Indexed : Print Index Name as Heading' option, the user will select 'No'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Item Name will get Printed without Company Name in Bill Format in Marg Software.
